At the annual Research Innovation Scholarship Entrepreneurship (RISE) event, over 100 esteemed judges from a host of industries come together to measure the ingenuity of research produced by Northeastern students and determine the recipients of the prestigious RISE awards.
Project Objectives
Mika Morikawa’s RISE submission reflected her research on cultural awareness in the social work workplace. The specific focus was on how social work management can improve the experiences of social workers of color.
