Goldfinch Bio – Developing a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy
Project Overview
We worked as consultants for a biotech company in Massachusetts called Goldfinch Bio, developing their own D, E&I strategy, that will be utilized cross-functionally among all the stages of the employee lifecycle.
The project consisted in developing a specific, clear, and customized strategy that would be utilized cross-functionally among all the stages of the employee lifecycle considering the budget, time, size, and industry.

- Initiatives and Recommendations
Project Objective
Develop a specific, clear, and customized strategy that would be utilized cross-functionally among all the stages of the employee lifecycle, within 10 weeks by providing up to five recommendations for Goldfinch Bio to implement during the first stage of the program.
Student Reflections
The capstone project was an amazing opportunity where we were able to put into practice all the knowledge and effort during these last years. I’m grateful for having the opportunity to work as a consultant and having the ownership of a project and mastering the art of interviewing and gathering the right information, aligning the company’s corporate strategy with initiatives that makes sense with the story that the company is telling: One size does not fit all.
