Inspire & Influence

Web Design and Development

Project Overview

The Communication, Media, and Human Resources Domain in the College of Professional Studies comprises three master’s and one bachelor’s completion program. Over the past five years, the college has embedded experiential projects into capstone courses, as well as other courses in the curriculum.

The college now wants to showcase some of this outstanding work on a university WordPress site. In addition to recognizing excellent work, this showcase site will enable the college to convey to new and prospective students the value of experiential learning and the range of opportunities available at CPS.

Project Objectives

  • Serve as a place where we can showcase excellent student work from all our programs
  • Enable us to direct current students, potential students, project sponsors, etc. to one location for a real sense of what experiential education means
  • Centralize location of content of interest to students and links to other social channels; where the site becomes the ‘domain hub’.
